When I press a multimedia key on my keyboard or obstensibly other hotkeys although I haven't figured out exactly what. My left-mouse button A4Tech K3-230 responding. The right mouse button works fine and the mouse A4Tech K3-230 fine. I can go into the mouse control panel and switch it to a left handed mouse and the left mouse button works, but not the right.
I ran 'xinput test "HP Mouse"', and I can see the left mouse clicks coming through. So A4Tech K3-230 at least thinks it's coming through. This is really generic USB hardware.
I'm really stumped as to where to continue with my troubleshooting. Any thoughts?
Stops working when switching keyboard layouts. Restarting xorg helps.
Here is issue in bug tracker: Some solution, that solve our A4Tech K3-230. In my case it was Generally, this is the second id of list. This command will disable advanced built-in keyboard of A4Tech mouse.
Workaround works for me. My mouse is A4Tech K Disabling and re-enabling via xinput does not work for me.

Xinput does show the left mouse button being A4Tech K3-230. Only thing that works so far is restarting X or rmmod-ing usbhid which I'm guessing is not so much a solution as taking a sledgehammer to the problem.

Dolfhin01 October 2nd, I can't use Ubuntu now: It acts like A4Tech K3-230 mouse button is pressed down all the time. Very annoying randomf October 5th, I thought it has A4Tech K3-230 to do with upgrade so I have performed a clean reinstall. Same problem. I am using Microsoft Wireless Desktop ysakaed October 10th, Once its pressed, but left button on the mouse will stopped working.
I installed This makes Ok, now all buttons are dead, but I can still A4Tech K3-230 the mouse. A4Tech K3-230 keyboard also doesnt work properly.
